These terms govern your use of blnc, a personal finance app operated by Fulljoin. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
The service
blnc provides on-device financial analysis tools. It can connect to your bank accounts via a licensed open banking provider (Enable Banking) to fetch account data to your device. Analysis runs locally; we do not operate a backend that stores your transactions or balances.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that connecting your bank accounts complies with your bank's terms.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your device secure. Financial data stored on your device is your responsibility.
- Use the app for lawful personal purposes only.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service or its integrations.
- Understand that blnc is an informational tool, not financial, tax, or legal advice.
Bank connections
Bank data access is provided through Enable Banking. We are not a bank and do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of data supplied by your financial institution or third-party providers. Connection issues may occur outside our control.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of analysis. You use blnc at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fulljoin and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of blnc. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim (or €50 if you paid nothing).
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union law. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
